Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and help match them with the right tax professional. You will play a key role in delivering a positive, informative client experience both in person and virtually.

You’ll coordinate scheduling, maintain a clean, organized office, and assist the team with a variety of duties as requested, contributing to the franchise office’s success this tax season.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
