Job summary

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, can multitask, and are proficient with Microsoft Office. Flexible scheduling and multiple locations may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help ensure all client needs are met during service in person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
