H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients with a friendly demeanor and direct them to the right tax professional.

The role emphasizes building client relationships and delivering attentive service during the season. As a frontline team member, you’ll handle calls, assist with scheduling, and ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, and virtual interactions while maintaining an orderly office environment and supporting the team

Formación

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
