The ideal candidate welcomes clients, handles phone inquiries, and supports daily office tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism during tax season. Evening and weekend availability is required.

• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care
