H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the office. This in-person role handles client check-ins, scheduling, and document intake, supporting a smooth tax-season operation.

You will greet clients, route them to the right tax professional, and assist with general office tasks. Evening and weekend availability is required during tax season, with opportunities to grow into leadership or tax-prep roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for professional client service.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities throughout the day.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams and scheduling systems).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.
