H&R Block Marion is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, answer phones, and connect people with the right tax professional. You will help schedule appointments, assist with in-person, phone, or virtual service, and contribute to a welcoming, organized office culture during peak season.

This independent franchise operates under an agreement with H&R Block; franchisees handle hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
