Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients, help connect them with the right tax professional, and support daily office operations.

This on-site role requires strong communication, multitasking, and comfort with Windows/Microsoft Office; prior customer service experience is preferred, with flexibility to work in multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned
