H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients and assist with scheduling and referrals. You will guide clients to the right tax professional and help ensure a smooth, friendly experience both in person and remotely.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, can multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and manage time effectively while maintaining office organization and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
