H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to welcome clients and support daily office operations at our Webster, TX location. You will greet clients, handle scheduling, and connect clients with the right tax professional based on their needs.

The role requires the ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with a team of tax professionals. This in-person position offers training and potential growth into tax preparation or office

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming first impression.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with tax professionals.
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including document scanning.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth client experience.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to support daily operations.
