H&R Block is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to greet clients, answer phones, and connect them with the right tax professional. You will help schedule appointments and ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, and virtual channels.

This role emphasizes a friendly, proactive approach in a fast-paced environment, with attention to organization and multi-tasking across multiple locations as needed. Prior customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
• Help to ensure all clients needs have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
