You will greet clients, schedule appointments, and help connect clients with the right tax professional, contributing to a professional, organized tax office environment.

This in-person role emphasizes confidentiality, teamwork, and strong communication as you support the tax professionals during peak season. Prior customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience.
