The position requires strong interpersonal skills, multitasking ability, and availability to work evenings/weekends during tax season. In-person, on-site work with a focus on client care.

• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care
