Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to welcome clients and support daily office operations in person. You will greet clients, handle scheduling, and connect clients with the right tax professional while maintaining confidentiality and a professional environment.

This role offers in-person work with opportunities to learn tax processes and grow toward leadership or tax preparation. Evening and weekend availability during tax season is required.
