Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a team member to help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions in a fast-paced retail environment. You will manage a friendly checkout experience, handle cash to standards, and educate customers on Rewards and private label offers.

You’ll also participate in omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS while keeping the store well-stocked and organized. Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, strong communication, and a willingness to

Qualifications

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
Ability to handle cash and operate checkout standards.
Engage customers on store programs and enrollments.

Responsibilities

Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and adhere to cash handling standards.
Promote and enroll customers in Rewards, Private Label Credit Cards; explain VOC survey.
Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and general store recovery.
Support truck unloading, stocking, and planogram execution.
Maintain in-stock conditions and participate in siso/ad set duties.
Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
