Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor for Sephora at Kohl's to deliver an exceptional client experience while maintaining expert knowledge of beauty brands and executing visual merchandising standards. You will engage clients, identify needs, and assist with inventory and replenishment to support sales goals.

Responsibilities include training, product demonstrations, upselling, and maintaining department cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and upsell products by identifying needs.
• Demonstrate credibility through product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating product applications to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual standards and tester upkeep.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department.
• Assist inventory from receipt to sale, including replenishment.
• Support department visual elements and report damaged items.
• Handle multiple tasks within set timeframes.
