Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a consultative beauty approach and deliver an excellent client experience. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards per Sephora at Kohl’s guidelines.

You will build client loyalty, upsell products, and stay current on beauty trends while participating in required training and ensuring department cleanliness and stock accuracy.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty and ability to connect with clients.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty and identify needs to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Showcase products and application techniques to upsell.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and standards.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department.
• Assist inventory from receipt to sale including stock and price changes.
• Report missed or damaged product or fixtures to supervisor.
