Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a passion for beauty and a consultative client approach. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s guidelines.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate product credibility, and inspire clients with product demonstrations. Training and omni-channel support are part of the role at Kohl’s Sephora.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate product credibility through knowledge of beauty trends and brands.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Support Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards within Kohl’s.
