Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a passion for beauty and consultative client interactions. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate product knowledge, and participate in training to expand your expertise, while supporting inventory and visual merchandising in-store.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty and interest in cosmetics.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Demonstrate and apply products to showcase results.
• Complete required training to expand product knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and department standards.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale.
