Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through expert beauty knowledge and consultative client interactions. You will identify client needs, demonstrate products, and uphold Sephora at Kohl’s visual and merchandising standards in-store.

You will engage clients, complete required training, and support inventory and omni-channel processes to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Authentic passion for beauty.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and identify client needs to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Demonstrate products and application techniques to inspire purchases.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
• Support omni-processing and inventory movement from receipt to sale.
• Assist with price changes and back stock as needed.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor.
