Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a genuine passion for beauty and to engage clients with a consultative approach. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl's guidelines.

Responsibilities include building client loyalty, demonstrating products, completing training, and supporting inventory and merchandising to ensure an excellent client experience.

Qualifications

• Must have authentic passion for beauty.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales, with upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends credibility to clients.
• Showcase and apply products to inspire customers and drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl's visual merchandising and store standards, including tester upkeep and department cleanliness.
• Support omni-channel processes within the department.
• Assist inventory from receipt to sale, including freight, back stocking and price changes.
• Assist with visual elements and communicate issues to supervisor.
• Act with integrity, teamwork, safety compliance, and follow company policies.
