Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a passion for beauty, engaging clients with a consultative approach and ensuring an excellent overall client experience. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl's standards.

• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application techniques to boost sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge and maintain brand standards.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl's visual merchandising and inventory standards, including tester upkeep and department cleanliness.
