Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales with a genuine passion for beauty and to engage clients via a consultative approach. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands and ensure replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s guidelines.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate product knowledge, and participate in ongoing training while supporting merchandising, inventory, and omni-processing within the department.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products.
• Demonstrate credibility through knowledge of products and trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and standards.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist inventory management from receipt to sale, including counts and price changes.
• Report missed or damaged product/fixtures to supervisor.
