Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a passion for beauty and consult with clients to identify needs and deliver an exceptional experience. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate product knowledge, and participate in training to grow skills while supporting omni-channel processes and inventory handling within the department.

Qualifications

• Must have an authentic passion for beauty.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence clearly.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
