Job summary

Kohl’s Sephora is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty passion and consultative client engagement. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards per Sephora at Kohl’s guidelines.

Responsibilities include building client loyalty, demonstrating products, completing trainings, and assisting with inventory and omni-channel processes while maintaining store cleanliness and service quality.

Qualifications

• Passion for beauty and ability to engage clients in a consultative manner.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence customers.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends credibility.
• Demonstrate products and applications to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl's visual and operational standards.
• Support omni-channel processing and inventory activities.
• Assist with stock, replenishment, and price changes.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to supervisor.
