Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a consultative beauty approach in-store. You will identify client needs, demonstrate products, and uphold Sephora at Kohl’s standards with strong merchandising and inventory support. Training and product knowledge development are emphasized.

You will engage clients, upsell where appropriate, and maintain a clean, on-brand department while delivering an excellent overall client experience in the Nebraska/Kearney area.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing retail or service industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications to drive sales.
• Participate in required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and operational standards and cleanliness.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight processing, back stocking, replenishment, counts and price changes.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor and assist with visual elements of the department.
