Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a genuine passion for beauty and to engage clients with a consultative approach. You’ll maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards in Kohl's Sephora sections.

You will build strong client relationships, demonstrate products, and participate in training to expand knowledge while ensuring exceptional client experiences in-store.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Demonstrate products and applications to inspire purchases.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and department standards.
• Support omni-processing and inventory management from receipt to sale.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor.
