Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a passion for beauty and a consultative client approach. You will build product knowledge, engage clients, and support Sephora at Kohl's standards and visual merchandising.

You will upsell, stay up to date on trends, complete required training, and deliver an excellent client experience while working with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing retail/service roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and identify client needs to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Demonstrate products and application techniques to inspire buyers and boost sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl's visual merchandising and operational standards.
