You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

In this role, you will build client loyalty, demonstrate products, and participate in training to expand product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty and knowledge of beauty trends.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through consultative approach by identifying client needs and suggesting products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to build credibility with clients.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and application techniques to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge and stay current on offerings.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and department standards.
