• Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and related tasks.
• Provide friendly, personalized service and explain loyalty benefits.
• Keep the At Your Service area clean, organized, and ready for customers.
• Proficiently process transactions using POS systems and handle pickups/returns accurately.
• Support teamwork and maintain a welcoming shopping environment for all customers.
