Macy’s, Inc. is seeking an At Your Service Center Colleague to deliver a seamless, personalized shopping experience, supporting BOPS, merchandise returns, order pickups, and related tasks while upholding Macy’s service standards.

This role emphasizes flexibility, strong customer service and teamwork, with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; you’ll help keep the shopping space inviting and drive loyalty benefits for customers.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Able to meet daily sales goal challenges.
• Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Enjoy meeting people and sharing information.
• Resourceful and eager to start a new venture while adapting to changing priorities.
• Able to handle electronic devices with no problem.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and help ensure the At Your Service areas are clean and ready.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), returns, order pickups and curbside pickup.
• Proficient in POS systems to complete transactions; ensure the collection area is organized for a friction-free pickup experience.
• Maintain a shoppable space by recovering merchandise and keeping pickup/return areas tidy.
• End interactions with a sincere thank-you and explain loyalty benefits.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily sales goals and deliver great service.
