Job summary

University of Washington's Husky Ticket Office is seeking two Account Managers, Ticket Service and Retention, to deliver exceptional service to season ticket holders while driving revenue through renewals and premium experiences.

Reporting to the Director of Customer Retention & Engagement, you will work with UW Athletics, Tyee Club, and development professionals to create memorable game day experiences and grow donor loyalty.

Qualifications

• HS diploma and two years clerical experience.
• Experience in sales or service in a similar industry.
• Familiarity with CRM solutions such as MS Dynamics, Salesforce, or Paciolan.

Responsibilities

• Account outreach using Paciolan, Salesforce, PacFund.
• Strengthen engagement through in-person, phone, digital and electronic communications.
• Drive renewals, donations, seat upgrades and add-ons.
• Collaborate with UW Athletics and Tyee Club team.
• Lead events and programs for season ticket holders.
