Job summary

The University of Missouri Athletics Department seeks an Assistant Director of Ticket Sales to drive revenue through outbound sales, account management, and engagement initiatives. Reporting to the Associate AD - Ticket Operations & Sales, this role focuses on season tickets, group sales, premium seating, and donor pipeline development.

You will mentor staff and collaborate across marketing and operations to enhance fan experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Outbound ticket sales and revenue generation through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Account management and customer retention, nurturing renewals and upgrades.
• Assist in sales strategy and campaign execution with CRM data.
• Coordinate group sales, premium seating, and special events.
• Lead and mentor entry-level staff and interns.
• Collaborate with marketing, development, operations, and external relations; assist with reporting and budgets.
