Job summary

WSU Athletics is seeking a student assistant for our ticketing/development team on a part-time basis. You will perform administrative tasks and support donor relations, ensuring a high-quality experience for stakeholders at athletic events.

Responsibilities include outreach calls, assisting with events, and collaborating with Revenue Generation Leadership to maintain outstanding patron service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours at Wichita State University.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound phone calls and handle inbound phone calls, as necessary.
• Work external events to include all WSU ticketed home events and select hosted events at WSU.
• Handle conversations in person and over the phone with donors and season ticket holders during office hours.
• Projects as assigned by Revenue Generation Leadership
