Job summary

Auburn University is seeking a driven Ticket Sales and Retention team member to promote ticket plans and experiences across football and other sports. You will build relationships with donors, faculty, staff, students, and fans, while driving revenue and engagement for the Auburn family.

Responsibilities

Make daily outbound calls to promote season, mini plans, group, and single game tickets across football and multiple sports; follow up with ticket holders about concerns.
Execute renewal plans and cold-call new leads to generate sales.
Cultivate current and past groups and new prospects to drive sales.
Promote group ticket programs to area businesses, youth organizations, and large groups.
Support home game days and events as assigned to service ticket buyers.
Aim to exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals through calls and face-to-face meetings.
Provide superior customer service to prospects, ticket buyers, and donors; maintain an account list for retention.
Develop relationships across Auburn Athletics external units and Tigers Unlimited Foundation.
Collaborate with Director of Ticket Operations to create revenue-generating ideas.
Flex schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings; travel as needed.
