Job summary

Husky Ticket Office at the University of Washington seeks an Account Manager for Ticket Service and Retention to deliver exceptional service to season ticket holders and drive revenue through renewals and premium experiences.

You will collaborate across the department to create memorable game-day experiences while using CRM systems such as Paciolan, Salesforce or MS Dynamics and communicating effectively with donors and team members.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent and two years of clerical experience.
• Experience in sales or service in a similar industry.
• Hands-on experience with CRM solutions like MS Dynamics, Salesforce, or Paciolan.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong time management; works independently or in a team.
• Ability to handle a heavy workload and adapt to change.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Account outreach and tracking using ticketing systems and CRMs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to season ticket holders.
• Generate revenue through renewals, upgrades, and donations.
• Collaborate with UW Athletics and Huskies staff during events.
• Support events and coordinate with donors and team members.
