Job summary

Hearts of Pine and USLW Maine seeks a driven Senior Account Executive to lead season ticket sales, renewals, and upselling while delivering best-in-class fan service in Portland, Maine.

You will manage season ticket member accounts using HubSpot CRM and Vivenu, educate prospects, and generate new business through inbound and outbound activities to help grow our ticketing business and enhance the game-day experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales and/or customer service
• Experience managing customer accounts and selling ticket products
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and sales goals

Responsibilities

• Manage season ticket member accounts and record interactions using Vivenu and HubSpot CRM.
• Educate prospective customers to convert fans into ticket buyers.
• Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales activities.
• Sell available Hearts of Pine and USLW Maine tickets across products and segments.
• Monitor communications channels to assist fans and prospects.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute sell-out strategies and revenue objectives.
• Support events and fan experiences at games and related functions.
