Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; food safety training.
• 3–5 years of related seafood/meat department experience.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions.
• Strong math skills for pricing and sales analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, courteous, and efficient service to customers.
• Trains and supervises department staff.
• Plans weekly schedules and assigns tasks.
• Ensures product freshness and proper storage procedures.
• Maintains department standards for customer service and cleanliness.
