Hy-Vee is seeking a Seafood Service/Meat Manager to lead the Meat department, train staff, handle scheduling, and ensure product freshness and competitive pricing. You will work closely with store leadership to meet company guidelines and drive department profitability.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Food safety training or certification preferred.
• Experience in a grocery or perishables department is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Trains, supervises, disciplines, and evaluates all department employees.
• Determines weekly work schedules and daily work plans for the department.
• Maintains department standards for service, merchandising, cleanliness and profitability.
• Assists customers by guiding them to products and answering questions.
• Monitors pricing accuracy and manages product replenishment.
• Ensures proper storage temperatures and overall freshness of perishable items.
