• Adhere to recipes and maintain proper food safety and sanitation.
• Set up and break down station, manage prep and line tasks during shift.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow ticket times.
• Provide awesome hospitality to Customers and work with team.
• Assist in other kitchen positions during high volume periods.
