Job summary

Fish City Grill in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a Prep/Line Cook to prepare, cook and present Serious Seafood to the restaurant’s standards with PRIDE. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, follow recipes, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

You should have 6 months to 1 year of prep/line cook experience in a full-service restaurant, be able to multitask, read recipes, and communicate clearly with team members to deliver high-quality meals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Culinary degree or equivalent preferred.
• Six months to one year minimum experience as a Prep/Line Cook in a full service restaurant.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques.
• Good reading, writing, mathematical and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
