Fish City Grill Alamo Heights in San Antonio, TX seeks a Prep/Line Cook to prepare, cook and present Serious Seafood per standards, while keeping a safe, clean workstation. You will follow recipes, manage portions and maintain allergen knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include upholding PRIDE values, supporting team members, and ensuring high-quality product through proper ticket timing and sanitation. Prior experience preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Culinary degree or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year prep/line cook experience in a full service restaurant.
• Good reading, writing, math and communication skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good judgment and decision making abilities.
• Work well with limited supervision and collaborate with team.
