Qualifications

• Prepare, cook and present Seafood according to Fish City Grill/Half Shell standards.
• Maintain safe, sanitary work area and comply with all policies and health regulations.
• Assist with receiving, labeling, and storage of products; ensure proper food handling and temperature controls.
• Provide excellent hospitality and teamwork during high-volume meal periods.
