Synectics Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join the on-site Miramar, FL team. You will engage with prospective customers, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for the sales team.

The role requires strong communication skills, English fluency, and a proactive, results-driven mindset. Six days per week on-site availability is expected, with ongoing training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling high-volume conversations.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
• Ability to handle rejection and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve.
• Must be available to work on-site in Miramar, FL, six days per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, text messages, and follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Build rapport and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
• Identify customer needs, interests, and business opportunities.
• Handle objections professionally and maintain productive conversations.
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Manage daily outreach activities, follow-ups, and sales pipeline.
• Meet and exceed established performance targets.
• Participate in regular sales training, coaching, and team development sessions.
