The role is in-person at our Manchester office with no remote or hybrid options, offering a base salary of $18.00/hr plus uncapped appointment bonuses and commissions to reward performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume cold calling is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume cold calling to identify potential opportunities (250 dials/week).
• Send personalized emails to prospective clients using templates.
• Effectively communicate Encompass IT's services and value propositions.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain CRM records (HubSpot) of calls and prospects.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve lead generation and conversion.
