Job summary

Townsquare Interactive in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for business owners interested in our services. You will qualify inbound leads, spark conversations, and connect prospects with Account Executives to close deals.

You'll master talk tracks, handle discovery, and build a foundation for advancing into full-cycle closing roles, with uncapped commissions and a robust training program to support your growth.

Qualifications

• A BA/BS degree (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and spark conversations with business owners.
• Make 250+ outbound calls per day and connect with 40–50 prospects.
• Transfer qualified demos to Account Executives for scheduling.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to set and exceed goals.
• Serve as the first point of contact to drive opportunities.
