Townsquare Interactive in Phoenix is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to build a strong new business pipeline. You’ll learn the full sales lifecycle, conduct outbound calls, qualify opportunities, and schedule virtual demos, with uncapped commissions rewarding your performance.

You’ll receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and a supportive culture aimed at developing your sales career from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Must be motivated to develop new business from ground up.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn the full sales lifecycle.
• Preferred but not required: prior sales or customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn the sales process through hands-on training and coaching.
• Make outbound calls to small business owners and present the digital marketing platform.
• Identify client needs and tailor solutions to drive results.
• Conduct virtual demos and progress opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Focus on new client acquisition with no current account management.
