Job summary

Fieldwire by Hilti is seeking an experienced Sales Development Team Lead to coach and drive performance across our SDRs. You will work closely with the SDR Manager to ensure consistent coaching, strong processes, and hands-on leadership for a remote US team.

You will conduct live call shadows, reinforce CHAMP standards, manage Salesforce hygiene, and support ramp for new hires. The role offers a fully remote arrangement within the United States with a competitive salary and performance bonus

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a quota-carrying sales professional.
• Coachable, curious, and motivated by results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Experience with Gong, 6Sense, Salesforce is a plus.
• Interest in construction tech or SaaS is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular live call shadows and coaching for SDRs.
• Maintain Salesforce hygiene and lead management; reinforce CHAMP standards.
• Support outbound Power Hours and prospecting blocks.
• Develop targeted coaching plans with the SDR Manager to address gaps.
• Lead ramp and enablement for new hires.
