Job summary

Conduit, an AI agent platform for hospitality, seeks an SDR Manager in San Francisco to build and scale the SDR team. You will hire, ramp, and double the team in 90 days, training reps through actual live calls in each segment and reporting to the CEO.

You will own the ramp process, develop segment-specific playbooks, coach on calls, and create a scalable path from SDR to AE, with a focus on pipeline and meeting metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years directly managing an SDR/BDR team.
• Experience carrying an SDR quota yourself.
• Hospitality or hotel tech sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire fast without lowering the bar and build the capacity model.
• Ramp every rep with week-by-week quotas and certification.
• Coach on real calls with weekly Gong reviews and scorecards.
• Rewrite playbooks for short-term rental managers and hotels.
• Own the numbers and track held meetings and pipeline on Salesforce.
• Name a team lead from the first cohort and promote top performers.
