Job summary

Zuddl, the unified events platform, is hiring an SDR Manager to lead its outbound function, coach reps, and drive scalable processes. You will report to the CEO and manage day-to-day execution, with a personal quota in your first quarter as you build a repeatable pipeline.

The role begins remote and will transition to on-site in Utah in 1H 2027. Candidates must have 3+ years in B2B outbound SaaS, 12+ months of SDR management, and a track record of high accountability, fast iteration, and quota

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of exceptional B2B outbound experience in tech/SaaS, including 12+ months of SDR management experience, with the most recent relevant experience current or having ended within the last 6 months.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop SDRs, build a high‑performing outbound team, and drive accountability and results.
• Ability to own pipeline targets, forecasting, reporting, and communicate with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in Zuddl’s products, ICP, and value proposition.
• Generate pipeline through outbound channels including cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and events.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop SDRs as the team scales.
• Coach the team on outbound execution, prospecting strategy, objection handling, multichannel outreach, and AI utilization.
• Identify proven tactics, standardize processes, and maintain a tier-one standard of execution.
• Drive a high-performance culture through hands-on leadership, daily accountability, and quota attainment.
