Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in Sales Development and 1–2 years managing SDRs.
• Proven track record of coaching SDRs to hit or exceed pipeline goals.
• Strong outbound experience and clear prospecting standards.
• Data-driven with ability to diagnose performance and coach effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of SDRs focused on outbound and inbound pipeline generation.
• Set performance expectations and drive activity, quality, and pipeline goals.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, call coaching, deal reviews, and training sessions.
